Former Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has revealed that he’s currently finding it tough to consider the idea of not sitting on the bench following his departure in the Emirates Stadium last year.
The Frenchman abandoned North London at 2018 after winning three Premier League titles and seven FA Cups during almost 22 years at the club.
The prior Gunners boss has previously said he want to return to a job within football, but not as a manager.
Considering leaving the Premier League side over a year 21, wenger has been connected with coaching and management jobs across Europe.
“I can’t live with the reality that I’ll never be on the seat again,” he advised beIN Sports.
“I could go for a intermediate position. I’d love to experience an additional time the seriousness of a competition.”
Even the conceded it has been hard adjusting to life after departing Arsenal, where he oversaw 1216 matches.
“I never felt that I could live without Arsenal, being thrown together with all the golf club,” he said.
“I needed to take a distance by being optimistic.
“Sometimes you could become a bit bitter since you don’t have exactly the same excitement anymore and I’m quite pleased to have survived that in a really positive manner.
“I’m delighted to have being viewed like a baby who has evolved from a distance”
