Joaquin Niemann has become the first Chilean when he Maintained a victory at West Virginia in the Greenbrier Classic to win on the PGA Tour.
Tied in the hole after a bogey fell on the back nine, including three consecutive at the end, because he shot at a 64.
As he won the tournament of this new PGA season at 21-under 259, a bogey at the 15th could stop his march.
Tom Hoge, who’d chased Niemann all afternoon, ended up at 15-under following a closing 65.
Brian Harman (65),” Harris English (67), Nate Lashley (69) and Richy Werenski (69) were another shot farther.
